If your Techstar engineer is booked out for any of our main home services then the Additional Home Services can be offered to you at a flat rate of £20 per half hour.
The full list of services above should take no more than 1 hour, so if you require only some of the above then the time involved will be a half hour only.
If you have not booked any of the main home services then there is a minimum 1 hour callout charge applied (£40). The rate for the engineer remains the same at £20 per half hour after the 1 st hour. |
